Breathe in your own rhythm During an active contraction, an optional guide follows a gentle four-second inhale and six-second exhale. Optional haptics mark each phase, and reduced-motion settings are respected. Understand your history Review contractions grouped into sessions with dates, durations, and start-to-start intervals. Create a clear PDF report or detailed CSV file when you want to share the record with your care team. Keep support close Circle sharing is optional. An invited partner can follow shared timing and add supportive messages or photos. Family can use a private browser link to see the posts and photos you choose to publish. On iPhone and Apple Watch A Live Activity keeps an active timer visible on iPhone. Record from a paired Apple Watch when your phone is out of reach, then sync the saved entries back to iPhone.
