Ten seconds on the clock. How many times can you tap?
MadTap is two small games about your thumbs and nothing else.
Ten Second Blitz — the clock starts, you tap, the buzzer stops you. Every tap counts. Rounds run 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60 seconds.
Race to Ten — ten taps, as fast as you can physically land them. The stopwatch stops on the tenth and reports your time to the millisecond. Feeling brave? Go for 25, 50 or 100.
The timing is honest
Taps register the instant your finger touches the glass, not when you lift it, and the clock is read at the moment of contact rather than on the next frame. A stutter in the animation never costs you a tap or a millisecond. Drum with both thumbs or all eight fingers — every touch is counted.
Something to beat
Every run is saved to a leaderboard on your device, split by round length so a ten-second score never competes with a sixty-second one. Change the name in Settings, hand the phone over, and let someone else find out they're slower than you.
Game Center
Sign in and your runs go to global boards with everyone else's, plus five achievements to chase — a hundred taps in one Blitz, six taps a second, Race to Ten under two seconds, and more. Play offline and your scores upload the next time you're connected. Not signed in? Everything still works; the local board is yours either way.
Fair warning: your thumbs will ache and you will keep playing anyway.
