MoveM gives the apps that eat your day a daily time budget. When the budget runs out, the app is locked — and the only way back in is to move. Prop up your phone, do the reps, and the camera counts them for you. Minutes land back in your budget the second you finish.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose the apps. Pick them from Apple's Screen Time picker and give each one a daily amount of free time.
2. Time runs out, the app locks. MoveM watches the clock in the background. Open a locked app and you get MoveM instead.
3. Move to unlock. Push-ups, squats, jumping jacks or high knees — finish the set and the app opens again.
WHAT YOU GET

• A camera rep counter using on-device body-pose detection, with a front-view pose guide and a voice counting along

PRIVACY
Your camera never leaves your phone. Pose detection runs entirely on device; nothing is recorded, saved or uploaded. Apple's Screen Time framework hands the app opaque tokens, so we cannot see which apps you limit or how long you use them. Joining the leaderboard is optional, your account is anonymous by default, and a nickname and avatar are entirely up to you. You can delete your account and all of its data from inside the app.
FREE AND LIFETIME
MoveM is free to use with one app under a daily limit. Workouts and unlocks are unlimited on the free plan — there is no cap on how often you can earn time back.
MoveM Lifetime is a one-time purchase that lets you limit as many apps as you like, each with its own budget and its own exercises, and includes every future update. It is not a subscription: you pay once, nothing renews, and nothing is charged again. The price is shown in the app before you confirm, and payment is charged to your Apple Account. Already bought it? Restore Purchases in Settings brings it back on any device signed in with the same Apple Account.
