Cannon Holdout is a pixel tower defense game: one scrap cannon against an endless bug swarm.
Level up, pick one of three parts and build a different cannon every run in this survivor-style roguelike defense you can play offline.
Drag to aim the main gun, bolt on parts as you fight, and hold out to the very end.
• You aim the main gun, parts fire on their own
Drag across the screen and the reticle follows. When the gauge fills, the main gun shells that spot. Choose from 8 main guns, including the Howitzer, Scatter Gun, Rail Gun and Mine Mortar. Weapon parts pick their own targets, and support parts boost attack speed, range and blast radius.
• Pick 1 of 3, a new build every run
Every time the build gauge fills, choose one of three. Match electric, fire, frost, blast and mech elements across 30+ parts to trigger 15+ synergies, and pick one of two awakenings that change how a level 4 weapon fights.
• Every base has its own skill
The scrap cannon drops a barricade, the missile turret calls a salvo. Swap bases and the same deck plays differently.
• A different boss on every stage
39+ bosses come at you with aimed bursts, fan barrages, shields, teleports and summoned minions. Shoot down boss bullets and interrupt their attacks with your main gun and skills. Every enemy and boss you meet goes into the Codex.
• Four regions, rising danger
Rust Flats, Dead Plant, Toxic Works and The Hive. Clear a region and take it on again at a higher danger level, where bosses arrive with extra traits.
• A cannon that keeps growing
Upgrade your main guns and cannon in the Hangar, and fuse three of the same part to raise its grade. Push mythic parts past their limit with Transcendence and slot modules into your cannon.
• A reason to come back every day
Boss Rush, a once-a-day gauntlet of bosses. The Daily Zone, with a different boss for each day of the week. Daily ops, and a supply log that grows the more days you keep it going.
• Offline game, start as a guest
Play without an internet connection and start right away as a guest. Signing in is only needed to buy and keep Core Cells.
No random gacha. Ads are rewarded only (revive, double rewards or reroll) and play only when you choose. No forced ads.
Ratings & Reviews
- Frost Disc now hits enemies again on each orbit around the cannon.
- Legendary and Mythic grade bonuses are now evenly balanced across weapons.
- Fixed Frost Sprayer nova rings stacking too much at higher grades.
- Frost Disc deals much more damage.
- On Danger 2-3, elites now appear from wave 4, so the opening is less brutal.
