Those two problems sit next to each other in every neighbourhood, and nothing connects them. Fresoh exists to close that gap.

Surplus stops being a loss to write off and becomes something a kitchen can still earn from, without discounting the regular menu or changing how they cook.

Food from a proper kitchen at a fraction of the usual price. Not a compromise, not a sample the same food that was going to be served that day.

We're live in Durban while we get this right. We'd rather do that properly in one city than badly in ten. If something doesn't work the way you expect, tell us early users shape what this becomes.
