ThreeOne: Golf Tempo Trainer

Backswing & Putting Metronome

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Feel the calm of one swing thought: rhythm. Three tones set your golf tempo from the tee to the green, with a putting tempo that stays smooth when it counts. Your best swings never came from ten swing thoughts. They came from one feeling: rhythm. ThreeOne is a golf tempo trainer that hands you that calm on demand, with three tones to swing to and a putting tempo you can trust when the round is on the line. A GOLF METRONOME SET TO TOUR RATIOS Press play and let the sound carry the club. One tone starts the takeaway, one meets you at the top of the backswing, one lands on the ball. What great ball strikers share is a ratio, not a speed: 3 to 1 for the long game, 2 to 1 for the short game and putting, written the way golfers say it, like 24/8. The whole standard ladder is open to you from the first tap and stays that way, so your golf tempo is always a moment away. Tones play over your own music and keep going with the screen off, which makes this the swing metronome you will actually bring to the range. PUTTING TEMPO FOR THE ONES THAT MATTER Short putts are lost to a hurried stroke more often than to a bad read. Run the 2 to 1 tones for golf putting, chips and pitches and feel the stroke take its time. Set the rest between sets to fixed, tap to start, or random, so you react to the tone instead of anticipating it. This is golf training that quiets the mind instead of filling it. MEASURE YOUR OWN BACKSWING Stop guessing at your swing tempo. Pick a video of your golf swing from Photos and tap three frames: takeaway, top, impact. A result card shows your backswing and downswing as two bars of time beside the tour ratio, one coaching sentence, and the one tone preset that trains it. It is the swing trainer that tells you what to work on before the next bucket, the golf trainer you reach for between range sessions. SEE YOUR GOLF TEMPO SETTLE Every measurement joins your history: a ratio trend, a consistency read, and a streak that keeps your golf practice honest. Build custom ratios when your own swing pace asks for one. Over the weeks the scatter tightens, and the calm of your best day starts showing up on the ordinary ones. YOUR SWING STAYS YOURS Everything runs on your iPhone and your videos never leave it, so there is nothing to sign up for and nothing between you and the first tone.
