SecHome is a private video surveillance system for your home or business. Connect IP cameras from Dahua, Hikvision, Reolink, Amcrest and other ONVIF/RTSP-compatible cameras, turn a phone into a smart security camera, or use two phones as a baby monitor.
Everything is designed to work locally. AI detection runs directly on the device, video is not uploaded to the cloud, and recordings stay on your device.

CAMERA MODE
Turn a phone into a smart security camera. On-device AI detects people, vehicles and animals directly on the phone. Record when something happens and receive an alert on the phone you carry with you.
Ideal for entrances, driveways, patios, garages, storage rooms or other areas of your home or business.
MONITOR & BABY MONITOR MODE
Pair one phone as the camera and another as the monitor using a QR code.
Watch live video from another phone, at home or remotely. Listen to audio, talk through the camera using push-to-talk, and trigger a remote siren to deter an intruder or get someone's attention.
Use it as a baby monitor, pet monitor, remote intercom or deterrent system. Phones connect using encrypted WebRTC.
REAL PRIVACY — NOT A MARKETING SLOGAN
Your video is not stored on SecHome servers or cloud.
Video between your devices is transmitted using end-to-end encrypted WebRTC.
AI processing runs directly on the device. No cloud AI processing.
IP camera passwords are encrypted with AES-256-GCM using a key derived from your account password. Even SecHome cannot see them.
Recordings are stored only on your device and automatically deleted according to your retention settings.
Only account information and connection signaling use the backend, with data isolated and protected per user.
Push notifications contain the alert, never video or camera images.

COMPATIBILITY
SecHome works with Dahua, Hikvision, Reolink, Amcrest and other ONVIF/RTSP-compatible cameras, plus DVR and NVR systems with RTSP output.
SecHome does not support cameras locked to proprietary cloud ecosystems, including Nest, Ring, Blink and some Wyze cameras.
