The additional Pro features require the Pro subscription and are not included in Personal. Personal monthly, Personal annual and Pro annual offer a 3-day free trial to eligible users. One trial is available per Apple account for the Kalenpop subscription group. Choose your plan and start the trial through Apple. After 3 days, the selected plan becomes paid and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Kalenpop helps you organise receipts, follow your spending and find supporting documents in one app for iPhone and iPad. Capture, check and correct: you stay in control of the information you save. MAKE EVERYDAY FILING EASIER • Take a photo or import a document from Photos or Files. • Apple text recognition runs on your iPhone to identify the merchant, total, currency and date. • File a readable scan automatically or review its details before saving. You can also enter an expense manually. • Find expenses by category, tag, period or search. • Follow income, budgets, planned payments and savings goals. View summaries and prepare exports. VAT YOU CAN CHECK Choose a VAT amount, a rate included in the gross total, no VAT, or information that still needs checking. Swiss rate shortcuts and a custom rate are available. The gross amount remains your starting point: Kalenpop does not determine whether tax is deductible for you. PERSONAL AND PRO — PAID IN-APP SUBSCRIPTIONS The paid Personal subscription supports everyday expense and receipt management. The paid Pro subscription adds company, project and client filing, archive filters and protected retention periods. Check a document’s file hash, its initial OCR reading and the local correction history. Prepare an accounting folder containing a PDF report, CSV and original supporting files, or create a passphrase-encrypted backup. Save and restore the backup yourself using Files, iCloud Drive or another location available on your device. Pro archives cover the selected expenses and supporting documents. The PDF is an ordinary report. Local hashes and journals are not tax certification or externally trusted timestamps. YOUR DOCUMENTS, YOUR CHOICES OCR and accounting data are processed on your device without sending receipts to an external AI service. New source files are kept without additional compression. Face ID locking is optional. You choose when to share or back up. The external exchange-rate service receives connection data, including the IP address, without receiving your documents or their amounts. The new Pro and VAT screens are available in French and English. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS — IN-APP PURCHASE REQUIRED Personal: CHF 29.95/year or CHF 4.95/month. Pro: CHF 79.95/year. Prices may vary by country; the price shown by Apple before purchase applies. Payment is charged to your Apple account when you confirm the purchase, or after the free trial unless cancelled within the stated period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the end of that period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. You can restore purchases within Kalenpop.
