Ads and trackers are blocked inside Safari's own engine. Nothing of ours runs while you browse, so Nullbar cannot see a single page you open.

Works in Safari only. It does not block ads inside other apps, and it does not work in Chrome or Firefox.
Nullbar hands Safari a set of rules; Safari compiles them and applies them inside its own engine. No code of ours runs while you browse, which is why Nullbar cannot see which pages you open - not even in principle.
