HomefairyTech connects Nigerian property owners with verified agents and guests booking shortlets and hotel rooms with escrow-protected payments and biometric KYC on every deal.
FOR GUESTS (Agents)
• Search and book verified shortlet apartments and hotel rooms across Nigeria
• Filter by location, price, room type, and amenities
• Pay securely into an escrow-protected wallet funds are only released to the owner after your stay is confirmed
• Chat directly with the property owner in-app to coordinate check-in and details
• Track your bookings, receipts, and transaction history in one place
FOR OWNERS
• List shortlet apartments or register a hotel with multiple room types
• Set your own pricing, availability, and optional caution deposit
• Get verified through biometric KYC and CAC business registration before going live
• Receive payouts directly to your bank account once a stay is confirmed
• Manage bookings, respond to guests, and handle disputes or damage reports from one dashboard
TRUST & SAFETY
• Every user completes identity verification (NIN, biometric selfie) before transacting
• Business/hotel accounts are verified against CAC company registration records
• All payments run through escrow - money is held until a stay is confirmed, protecting both sides
• In-app chat keeps a record of every conversation tied to a booking, so disputes can be resolved fairly
Whether you're looking for a short stay in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, or beyond or you're a property owner looking to list with confidence - HomefairyTech is built to make shortlet and hotel bookings in Nigeria safe, verified, and transparent.
