Set it up once. Then just train.
AuraGym remembers what you managed last time and has it filled in for your next
session: 80 kg × 10, 9, 8. Confirm with one tap — or change the one number that
is different. That is all the input the app asks for.
YOUR WORKOUTS, IN BIG TILES
Build your workouts the way you think about them: Chest + Triceps, Back +
Biceps, Legs. Frequent and recent ones move to the top on their own, and
whatever should always stay on top, you pin.
169 exercises are included, with equipment and their own rest time. Your own
exercises take seconds to add.
AT THE GYM: ONE BUTTON
During a workout you see the current set and one button. Once confirmed,
AuraGym moves to the next set on its own — and after the last one, to the next
exercise.
Rest starts automatically, with the time that fits the exercise: three minutes
after squats, one after lateral raises. It keeps running with the phone in your
pocket and tells you when it is time to go again.
Warm-up sets, sets to failure and drop sets are built in. And because warming
up is not training work, it does not count towards your volume.
AFTER THE WORKOUT: WHERE DID YOU GET BETTER?
The summary tells you at a glance: how much volume, how much more than last
time, which exercises went better, which personal bests are new. Plus your rest
time — and the weather outside. Going to the gym at 30 degrees is an
achievement too.
THE LONG VIEW
Weight, reps, sets, volume, personal bests and estimated 1RM — per exercise,
over weeks and months. Analysis sits next to your training, not in the middle
of it: at the gym you do not want to read charts.
APPLE WATCH AND APPLE HEALTH
The watch shows the current set and the running rest and confirms sets on your
wrist. During the workout it records your heart rate. Finished workouts show up
in your rings.
Both are optional. AuraGym works fully without a watch.
ON ALL YOUR DEVICES
With iCloud your workouts come together on iPhone and iPad — in your own
iCloud, without an account with us.
TWO WEEKS, THEN YOU DECIDE
For two weeks everything is open, nothing is held back. After that, unlock it
the way that suits you: monthly, yearly, or once for life.
And if you do not decide, you still keep your workouts and your complete
analysis. Only starting new workouts is locked.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them at least 24 hours
before the end of the period in your Apple Account settings.
