JGV is a local-first genome browser for iPhone and iPad. Open a FASTA on the device, add alignments and annotations, then pinch to zoom and drag to pan a locus.
Open files from the Files app or iCloud Drive. Sequence data stays on the device. No account and no cloud genome upload.
