CalFit makes food tracking feel light. Take a photo of your meal or describe it in a few words, and CalFit estimates its calories, protein, carbs and fats. You stay in control: check the result, adjust portions and ingredients, then save.

A NUTRITION SCORE THAT EXPLAINS ITSELF
Every meal and every day get a nutrition score, built on the Healthy Eating Index and the NOVA food-processing scale. CalFit tells you in plain words what was high, what was low and what that does, names the food behind it, and gives you a tip that fits. Tap the score to see your habits over the last 7 days.
A PLAN THAT FITS YOU
Answer a few questions and CalFit sets daily targets for your goal: lose, maintain or gain weight. Then it keeps learning: each week, CalFit compares what you log with how your weight actually moves and fine-tunes your targets to your body. Change them anytime.
COUNT YOUR MOVEMENT TOO
Log a run or a workout, or describe any activity, and CalFit estimates the calories you burned. With Apple Health, your steps, workouts, weight and water come in on their own, and your meals go back out.
STAY ON TRACK TOGETHER
Join a group with friends and see each other's streaks and days on target, never your meals or your weight.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads, no tracking, no selling your data. Unsaved scan photos are deleted after 24 hours, saved meal photos after 30 days. Start without an account, and connect Apple, Google or email whenever you like.

CALFIT PLAN
AI photo scans, describing meals in words, barcode scanning, smart portion correction and AI exercise estimates come with the CalFit Plan: yearly, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or monthly. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
