BudgetXP+ Desktop is a native personal finance app built for the Mac. Track every account, plan your spending, reconcile against your bank statement, and see where your money goes, all synced automatically with BudgetXP+ on iPhone and iPad.

See your net worth at a glance without opening the app. One click opens a quick view of your account balances and recent transactions. Prefer to keep it private? Hide the number in Settings.

- Transaction ledger: a sortable table with multi-column sort, full-text search, and keyboard shortcuts for adding, editing, and duplicating transactions
- Fast entry: add several transactions at once in a spreadsheet-style grid with autocomplete
- Split transactions: divide one purchase across categories and watch it balance to the penny
- Reconciliation: enter your statement balance and check off cleared transactions until the difference reaches zero
- Budgets: set monthly limits per category and track progress at a glance
- Recurring bills and income: let them wait for you, then post them all with one click
- Reports: spending by category, income versus expenses, and a 12-month net worth chart

Your accounts and transactions sync through your own iCloud with BudgetXP+ for iPhone and iPad (sold separately). Log a purchase on your phone and see it on your Mac.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There is no account to create and no BudgetXP+ server. Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud, and BudgetXP+ never sees it. No ads, no tracking.

BudgetXP+ Desktop is free for up to 3 accounts and 50 transactions, with reconciliation, reports, CSV import and export, and iCloud sync included. BudgetXP+ Pro is a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited accounts and transactions. There is no subscription. Pro on Mac is a separate purchase from Pro on iPhone and iPad.

- Your net worth now appears right in the menu bar. One click opens a quick view of balances and recent transactions, and you can hide the number any time in Settings.
- Reconciliation no longer shows "-$0.00" when your balances match exactly.
- The CSV import window is taller, so the column mapping and the preview of your first rows both fit without scrolling.
- Bug fixes and polish.
