The concert date is in a screenshot, not in your calendar. Sortheim sorts the pile on this iPhone and gets dates into your calendar with a tap. Pay once.
You screenshotted the concert date so you wouldn't forget it. It's still not in your calendar. Neither is the recipe for Saturday, or the jacket to check later.
Sortheim turns that pile into things you can act on. It sorts every screenshot in your Screenshots album: a date goes to Calendar with a tap, a task becomes a reminder, a place opens in Maps. Recipes, quotes, products and articles each get their own category.
Then clear the pile. Delete the originals and keep what they said, as text with or without a small copy. Nothing is deleted until you confirm, and Recently Deleted holds the originals for 30 days.
Your screenshots stay on this iPhone. Sorting runs here, not on a server. No account, no subscription: you pay once. With iCloud on, the sorted library (text, categories, labels) is backed up to your private iCloud; the screenshots and their small copies are never uploaded.
What the app can't place goes to Needs Review, and every category can be changed by hand. Nothing is marked done unless you do it yourself. Search, labels and Markdown or CSV export are included, for old screenshots and new ones.
Automatic sorting uses Apple Intelligence and needs an iPhone that supports it. On other iPhones the app reads the text and pre-sorts by keywords. Works on iPhone and iPhone Duo. Requires iOS 27.

New: Sortheim now speaks more languages: Danish, Dutch, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Vietnamese and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional).
Also new: a progress card at the top of the Library shows how many screenshots are analysed, how many wait for a decision and how many are marked for deletion. Setup is now two short steps, and the Library says so plainly when photo access is denied.
Ready for iPhone Duo: Tidy and the toolbars adapt to the fold when the display is open.
