Alina Edits PDF is a fast, lightweight app for marking up PDF documents on your Mac. Open a document and add comments, drawings, highlights, text, arrows with labels and your signature. Every change is saved straight into the file automatically.

WORKS WITH OTHER APPS
Markup is saved as standard PDF annotations, so the people you send the file to see it in their PDF viewer or web browser. You can also export a copy with the markup flattened into the pages, or print the document.
FAST WITH LARGE FILES
Documents with thousands of pages and hundreds of megabytes open almost instantly. Saving appends only your changes instead of rewriting the whole file: it takes milliseconds and leaves the original content untouched.
NOTHING GETS LOST
Changes are saved automatically while you work. If the app quits unexpectedly, unsaved markup — even text you were typing — is restored the next time you open the document.
PRIVATE
No account, no tracking, no network access. Your documents never leave your Mac.
