What's new in 1.3.0 • Notifications on your phone — get told the moment work on your property is done, a quote needs your approval, or your care team messages you. • Rate your jobs — once a vendor finishes work on your property, rate it in a few seconds. Your feedback helps us keep only the best vendors on your property, and we follow up on anything below 3 stars. • Refer a friend — share your personal link with owners you know. They get 25% off their onboarding fee, and you earn a reward when they become a client. • Partner code at sign-up — if a Proptiva partner referred you, enter their code when you create your account so your discount is applied automatically. • For vendors — see your client ratings and what clients say about your work. • Smaller fixes and improvements.

New: vendor and team workspaces. • Proptiva vendors can now sign in to see jobs they're invited to quote on, read the approved scope, submit quotes, accept jobs, upload site photos and videos from their phone, submit work for review, and track bills and payouts. • The Proptiva team can review vendor evidence, compare quotes and select vendors, update request status and post site updates with photos. • Client experience unchanged, with small fixes.

Update bank now shows the full property record, matching the web portal. New Services & plans screen lets you browse our plans and request one in a few taps. Your Account screen now shows the app version.

• Update your phone, country and contact details from Account › Your details. • Clearer payment confirmation: the app now waits and confirms your payment after checkout. • A few quick setup questions so your Proptiva team can prepare for your first consultation. • Services that need a verified account are clearly marked, with what the initiation fee covers. • Refreshed look across the app, plus fixes and performance improvements.
