The Set: call sheet made easy
Read and create call sheets
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
On set, call sheets usually arrive as A4-formatted PDFs—hard to read on a smartphone screen, leaving you zooming and panning across a dense table just to find your call time. The Set transforms it into something you can actually use.
UPLOAD AND READ
Upload the PDF received via email or WhatsApp. The Set extracts call times, scenes, cast, crew, transport, props, daily requirements, and locations, organizing them into collapsible sections you can open with a single tap. It even automatically detects separate transport lists if you upload them.
YOUR TIMES, NOT EVERYONE ELSE'S
Select your name once, and the app highlights your specific call time, pickup, hair & makeup, van run, and assigned scenes. No more sliding your finger across a table trying to find your row.
WORKS FOR NIGHT SHOTS
Early calls and night shoots running into the next day are handled automatically, eliminating any confusion between "today" and "tomorrow."
ONE-TAP CONTACT AND NAVIGATION
Reach anyone instantly via direct call or WhatsApp. Open locations directly in Apple Maps or Google Maps. The nearest hospital is always highlighted for quick access.
NOTIFICATIONS
Get customizable alerts ahead of your call time, pickup, or meal breaks.
SCRIPT SIDES AT YOUR FINGERTIPS
Attach the daily sides, and tapping a scene opens it directly to the correct page. Your files stay local on your phone and are never uploaded anywhere.
TIME TRACKER
Track your actual working hours and compare them against the call sheet. Overtime calculates automatically beyond the wrap time. Export report PDFs to send via WhatsApp or email directly to the production manager.
FOR PRODUCTION
Call sheet creators can build schedules from scratch—including scenes, cast, crew, second units, and transport—then export a print-ready PDF.
NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED, WORKS OFFLINE
No sign-up needed. Your call sheets stay stored locally on your device, accessible even without a cellular network.
AVAILABLE IN: English, Italian, French and Spanish
