When time is up, a break screen takes over: look away for 20 seconds, or walk 50 steps to earn your way back. Then carry on. HOW IT WORKS • Breaks every 20 minutes, or 5, 10, 30, 60. You choose. • Timer breaks follow the 20 20 20 rule eye doctors recommend. • Walk breaks end after 25, 50, 100 or 200 steps. • Schedules turn apps off for part of the day: work hours, dinner, wind down, weekend mornings. • Break cards: a word in Spanish, French, German, Japanese or Korean, a fun fact, or a small nudge to call a friend or step outside. • Overrides: three free skips a month for the moments that matter. • Light and dark, black and white. No streaks, no badges, no guilt. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Apple's Screen Time does the pausing on your phone. Reklaim Life never sees which apps you chose or what you do in them.
