DVFFrance: the prices actually paid for property in France. 100% free.
Sales come from the "demandes de valeurs foncières" published by the French tax administration (DGFiP) and geocoded by Etalab. These are not listings: they are the prices written into the deeds.
• Sales map: the median price per town, then every single sale as you zoom in.
• Filterable list: flat, house, outbuilding, commercial premises, by year.
• Sale details: price, floor area, rooms, price per square metre and gap to the local market.
• Property history: earlier sales at the same address, where they exist.
• Local market: median price, quartiles, median area and the trend over five years of data.
• Estimate a property: what a given size and type is worth at the town's prices.
• Advertised rents and gross rental yield, from the French housing ministry's rent map.
• Around me: your IRIS neighbourhood, schools, transport, shops, mobile and fibre coverage.
• Environment: energy performance certificates filed at the address, declared risks, recognised natural disasters.
• Home Screen widget, Siri shortcuts and cadastral map.
• Département archive: import one once, and it answers offline from then on.
No account, no subscription, no in-app purchase. The app is funded by advertising; a short rewarded video gives you 6 hours without ads.
Alsace, Moselle and Mayotte are absent from the sales data: they fall under a different land registration regime. The current year is partial.
