Hitotsuzutsu: One at a Time

One task, one small step

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Pick one task and one small first step. Pause with a note and pick up where you left off. Use a timer when you need it. Plus adds templates, task sets and no ads. Too much to do, but not sure where to start? Interrupted and unsure where you left off? One at a Time helps you choose one task and a small, concrete first step. Start with the action in front of you, without having to tackle your entire list at once. ONE TASK FOR NOW Keep your current task on the home screen. Other tasks stay in your list until you are ready for them. Use it for chores, studying, work or getting ready to go out. MAKE THE FIRST STEP SMALL Turn “Do the laundry” into “Gather the laundry into a basket.” Turn “Tidy the desk” into “Throw away one piece of trash.” Write your own small action or choose from the built-in examples. PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF Leave a short note when you pause. See your last completed step and your note when you return. Put a task on hold when it is not the right time for it. A TIMER WHEN YOU WANT ONE Use a timer to set aside a little time. When it ends, choose whether to keep going or take a break. Notifications are available according to your settings.
