Beat petty people away
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Villains begone! Beat away your foes with a slipper in Hong Kong's heritage folk ritual — all eight steps, from incense to moon blocks. Stress relief, tradition-style.
"Da Siu Yan" (villain hitting) is a century-old Hong Kong folk custom: under Canal Road's Goose Neck Bridge, ritual masters beat paper effigies with a slipper to drive petty people out of your life and invite noble benefactors in. Now the complete ceremony fits in your pocket.
【The full 8-step ritual】
・Incense Offering — light a stick and invite the spirits
・Declaration — name your villain on a paper effigy (male, female or generic)
・Villain Beating — twenty slipper strikes; the paper shreds as you beat
・White Tiger — seal its mouth with pork, then feed it the battered effigy
・Dispelling — scatter sesame and mung beans to clear bad luck
・Blessing — write your name on the nobleman paper and pray for benefactors
・Treasure Burning — burn gold and silver joss paper for fortune
・Block Casting — cast the moon blocks; a sacred pair seals the ritual
【Features】
・Paper-craft folk art style, with bespoke animation and sound for every step
・Ritual order faithfully follows folklore
・No ads, ever
・Works offline — hold a ceremony anywhere
Your first five complete rituals are free; afterwards, top up credits per ritual. Whether work is going sideways, someone's scheming behind your back, or it's Jingzhe season — have a session and feel the weight lift.
Petty people out, benefactors in!
