NuTasks Pros is the field app for home service technicians. It carries your day: the jobs, the clock, the photos and the proof that the work was done — and it keeps working when the signal does not.
WORKS OFFLINE, NOT "ALSO OFFLINE"
Every tap is saved on the phone first and sent on its own when the network comes back. Basements, rural routes, elevators, dead zones — you keep working and nothing is lost. A small cloud shows what is still waiting to be sent, and disappears when everything is through.
YOUR DAY, AT A GLANCE
See the day or the whole week, with the address, the time, the service and the customer of every job. Open a job to find the notes, the access instructions, the pets, the checklist and who else is on the crew.
THE JOB, FROM START TO FINISH
Head out, start, pause, restart and finish — each step with its own timer, and each step marking where it happened, which is what proves you were on site. Pauses are recorded apart from the work, so the time that shows is the time you actually worked.
THE CUSTOMER IS KEPT INFORMED, AUTOMATICALLY
Where your company turns this on: when you head out, NuTasks tells the customer the team is on the way and keeps the estimated arrival time up to date as you drive — no call, no message to write. The trip session starts when you leave for the job and stops on its own when you start it, and a banner on screen tells you while it is running.
MESSAGES WITH THE CUSTOMER
Answer the customer from inside the job, with quick replies for the things you say every day — on my way, I've arrived, service finished, I couldn't get in. Written with no signal, they go out when it comes back.
PHOTOS THAT PROVE THE WORK
Take before-and-after photos, tag them by room and compare them side by side. If the customer says something was already like that, the photo is your answer. Photos taken with no signal upload by themselves later.
CHECKLIST, PAYMENT AND SIGNATURE
Tick off the checklist as you go, record the payment collected on site, send the invoice and capture the customer's signature — all in the same place.
