MindfulYou is the research instrument for a study at the University of Alabama on mindfulness, motivation, and well-being during the first year of college. ACCESS IS RESTRICTED This app is not open to the general public. You can only create an account if you have been recruited into the study and issued a Campus Wide ID (CWID) by the research team. Without an enrolled CWID, registration cannot be completed. WHAT PARTICIPATION INVOLVES • A guided video session each day for 21 days, about 5-10 minutes • A short written reflection after each session • A few survey questions each day • One longer survey before the program begins and one after it ends • An optional daily reminder at a time you choose YOUR DATA Your responses are stored under your CWID so the research team can analyse them. Journal entries and survey answers are never shown to other participants. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from Help > Privacy & Your Data, and you may withdraw from the study at any point. This study is approved by the University of Alabama Institutional Review Board (IRB Protocol 26-01-9322).
