It's the last Friday of the quarter and only one employee gets to walk out standing. Build your office worker, pick a class and watch them fight on their own — with calculators, staplers and the CEO's coffee — while you make the big calls: which stats to invest in and which meeting to walk into.
Office Wars is an asynchronous auto-battler: automatic fights of about 30 seconds, daily progression and a ranking that resets every week. No ads and no pay-to-win: everything is earned by playing and nothing you buy hits harder. Just like real life. Well, almost.
PICK YOUR CLASS (8 archetypes)
- Junior: fast and slippery, with ice in the veins.
- Accountant: a walking critical hit; the surprise audit hurts.
- Toxic Manager: micromanagement stuns. Literally.
- IT / Sysadmin: turns off the rival's perk. Have you tried restarting?
- HR: heals on pure company culture.
- Eternal intern: invisible to the system, dodges the first hit.
- Marketing: doesn't hit hard, ruins your reputation.
- The Boss: delegates the stress and takes less damage.
OFFICE ARSENAL (20 weapons)
Calculator, stapler, mechanical keyboard, wired mouse, coffee mug, poisoned sticky notes, swivel chair, possessed printer, HR scissors, REJECTED stamp, the CEO's coffee, the legendary Final Contract… Each weapon is used ONCE per fight and rotates automatically: building an arsenal IS the strategy.
LEVEL UP LIKE AT THE OFFICE (BUT WITH LOGIC)
- Every level: 1 random new weapon + 2 stat points to spend on HP, attack, speed, dodge, crit and defense.
- Honest RNG: same rules and same odds for everyone, always.
MEETING SCHEDULE
Three meetings a day (09:30, 13:00 and 17:30) and a themed boss for each day: Monday All-Hands, Merciless Retro, Deploy Friday… Pick the difficulty, keep your attendance streak and clear the memo's missions.
SEASONS WITH A 20-LEVEL PASS
Every season brings a 20-level pass that moves forward with your meetings. The free track pays salary, coffee, cosmetics and diamonds. Diamonds are earned by playing and fund the premium pass (12 exclusive cosmetics) and, once a week, a 5-coffee pack. None of it hits harder: it's pure corporate image.
RACE TO CEO
Weekly ranking by level bracket — from Interns to C-Suite — with a rating that goes up and down every fight. You face other players' characters asynchronously; if nobody in your bracket is around, an NPC colleague covers the shift.
YOUR FILE, SAFE
Play as a guest from minute one, no sign-up. If you want, link your Apple or Google account: your progress is backed up in the cloud and you get it back on another phone. And if you ever quit, you delete the account and all its data from Settings.
ACTUALLY FREE
- No ads.
- Includes optional purchases of diamonds and cosmetics: never power. Salary, bonus, coffee and diamonds can also be earned by playing.
- No paid advantages: every loss comes down to your build, the RNG or the matchmaking. Never money.

- No more facing the same rival over and over, and the fight tells you whether it's a real colleague or a bot.
- Class balance: every class is now even at every level; Accountant and HR get stronger at high levels.
- Since the balance changed, you can reallocate your points for free once.
- Premium Pass: see the free track and the premium track side by side, with a preview of every reward.
- Pass rewards arrive as you level up, without opening the tab, and their skins can now be equipped.
- Weapon skins can only be bought if you own the weapon, and each fighter shows their own skins in combat.
- Text and color fixes.
