Green Engineer

Field records & document dates

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Log fieldwork offline, never miss a document expiry, share a PDF report. Your records stay on your device. Green Engineer is a field and document logbook. It comes out of TSD Danışmanlık's environmental and engineering practice. What it does • Offline field records. Capture a photo, a note and a timestamp where there is no connection. Adding location is optional. • Document expiry reminders. Enter the end date of a permit, report or contract; the app reminds you 30 days before, from your device. (Pro adds a second reminder 7 days before.) • PDF report. Export a project's records and documents as one file and share it. • Archive. Export your data with its photos and documents to one file and restore it on a new device. If a file cannot go into the archive, the app tells you — it never skips one silently. • Regulation calendar. Upcoming dates with source, scope and last review date. • Five languages. Turkish, English, German, Spanish and Arabic (right-to-left supported). Your data Your field records, photos, location and documents stay on your device only and are not sent to any server. No account is required. To be precise about encryption: the database is encrypted (SQLCipher) and its key is held in the device's secure storage. Photo and PDF files are kept in the app's own private storage, protected by the operating system rather than by our own encryption. On Android they are excluded from device backups; on iOS we have not yet measured backup behaviour, so we make no claim there. If you buy Pro or send a consumer request, only what is needed to carry it out reaches us: a pseudonymous (random) installation identifier, the store transaction details, and the type of request — we never ask for your name, email or address. No data is used for advertising or tracking, and none is shared with third parties. You can erase everything on the device at any time with "Delete data on this device"; that does not cancel your subscription. An honest limit Records in this app are your own statements; they are not a verified environmental result or a certificate. Formal compliance opinions belong to lawyers and technical verification to accredited bodies. Pro (optional) The free version gives unlimited field records, documents, PDF reports and archives within one project. Pro removes the project limit, exports all projects in one file, adds field and document templates, and reminds you 30 and 7 days ahead. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can turn renewal off in your store account at any time — that does not end the period you already paid for. You can also terminate the subscription; on termination, the amount paid for the unused period is refunded. Your rights under the law and under your store's rules are reserved. Pro includes no environmental outcome or certification claim.
