Now free. Log every range ball, putt and round, and see exactly where your strokes go. Pro adds the full stat book, one payment, no subscription.
Fairway Ledger is a golf practice journal and stat book, finished in black and gold. Free to download, free to log, with one optional Pro unlock.
Log your range sessions ball by ball, write down what clicked, keep your scorecards hole by hole, and watch the numbers tell you where to practise next.
AT THE RANGE
• Pick full swing, wedges, chipping, pitching, bunker, putting or on-course practice
• Choose the club and target, then tap each shot: pure, solid or poor strike
• Count shots on target, ball shape (hook, draw, straight, fade, slice) and misses (left, right, short, long, fat, thin, topped, shank)
• Log carry distances and see your real average per club
• Putting: makes and misses by distance, where you missed (low side, high side, short, long), and the tour make rate from that distance
• Undo any tap
YOUR JOURNAL
• Rate the session, your mood and energy
• Swing thought, what clicked, what to work on next, and free notes
• Search every entry, filter by practice type
ROUNDS
• Hole-by-hole scorecard: score, putts, tee shot, penalties, greenside bunkers
• Greens in regulation, scrambling, sand saves and three-putts worked out for you
• Handicap Index estimate from your best rounds (World Handicap System style)
STATS
• Fairways, greens, putts, scrambling, three-putts and sand saves over your last ten rounds
FAIRWAY LEDGER PRO (one-time purchase, no subscription)
• Score trend across every round
• Putts holed by distance compared with the tour
• Strike quality, shot shape and miss direction, with a plain-English read of your pattern
• Where your practice time goes, and minutes per week
• Export your rounds and practice sessions as spreadsheet files
YARDAGE BOOK
• Carry and total for every club, a gapping chart that flags gaps and overlaps, and your range average next to each club
Goals, a weekly practice target and streaks keep you coming back. Practice logging, the journal, scorecards, the handicap estimate and the yardage book are free forever. Pro is one payment, never a subscription, and Family Sharing works. No account, no ads, no tracking: everything stays on your phone.
