Sahwa is an Islamic app that brings together the Holy Quran
Sahwa is an Islamic app that brings together the Holy Quran, hadith, azkar and prayer times in one calm, clear experience, available in Arabic, English and Urdu.
Read the Quran with content available offline, listen to recitations, and keep up with your daily azkar in a practical way. Browse authentic hadith with their sources and authorized English translations.
With Sahwa you can:
• Read the Quran and keep your reading position and bookmarks.
• Browse hadith with their sources and authorized translations.
• Use the daily azkar and track what you have completed.
• Calculate prayer times by city, or by your current location when you choose to.
• Play the Adhan and the audio alerts you turn on.
• Listen to recitations, with playback continuing in the background.
• Use the app without creating an account or entering a name or email.
• Control permissions and notifications from your device settings.
Sahwa does not read the screen of other apps, and does not ask for your contacts, camera or microphone. Some features, such as location, alerts and background audio, are optional and work only after you turn them on.
