Quak is a duck on your Mac.
No chat. No assistant. It lives in the menu bar, optionally on the desk, and does what ducks do: blink, waddle, nibble bread, quack.
The app has no Dock icon and no main window. That is intentional.
HOW YOU USE IT
• Click the menu bar icon
• Put the duck on the desk
• Poke it — it quacks
• Take a piece of bread, put it somewhere — it walks over and pecks
• Let it waddle, or park it at the notch
• Optionally open at login
YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR MAC
No account. No subscription. No server. No tracking. Quak has no network entitlement — it cannot send anything anywhere. Whether it sits on the desk, and where, lives in the app container.
