You walk out of a client visit. Open VisitNote, tap the mic, say what happened, what you agreed and what is next. Tap stop. A minute later the note is in your own inbox, ready to paste into your CRM.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tap the mic and speak. A timer runs up to 5:00 per note.
2. Tap stop. VisitNote writes the note for you: a clear subject line and plain text, in the language you spoke.
3. The note is emailed to the address you pick. You can change that address any time in Settings.
No account needed to start. You can use VisitNote as a guest. Sign in with Apple only if you want your settings and your subscription on your next phone.

Outside the euro area you pay the equivalent price for your App Store country. The paywall always shows the exact price before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it, at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple ID settings. If you start the free trial, any unused part of it is lost when you buy a subscription. Restore a purchase from the paywall or from Settings.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
It does not record your client at the table. It does not join your meetings. You speak after the visit, in your own words, about your own work.
PRIVACY
Your audio goes to our servers in the EU and to OpenAI, which turns speech into text and writes the note. We do not keep your audio after that. We store what the service needs: a count of your sends per device, the email address a note was sent to, the time it was sent, and, if you sign in, your user id, your email destination and whether you have Pro. No ads, no tracking, no analytics SDKs.
You can delete your account and your VisitNote data from Settings.
