KinetMinutes
Local AI notes, zero upload
Only for Mac
$4.99
Mac
Auto-record meetings, get structured notes — summary, decisions, action items — fully offline. Nothing leaves your Mac. Zoom, Teams, Tencent Meeting, Feishu, DingTalk.
KinetMinutes turns your meetings into structured notes — automatically, privately, and entirely on your Mac.
DETECT · RECORD · NOTES
Start a call in Zoom, Tencent Meeting, Teams, Feishu (Lark), DingTalk, Discord or Webex and KinetMinutes starts recording. When the meeting ends, local AI generates your notes: a clear summary, agreed decisions, and action items with owners. No "Save transcript" clicking. No uploading.
BUILT FOR PRIVACY
• 100% on-device: transcription (Whisper) and AI summarization run locally
• Zero network calls for your audio and notes — works fully offline
• Audio, transcripts and notes stay in your library; delete everything anytime
• Perfect for HR interviews, client negotiations, legal and strategy meetings
NOTES, NOT RAW TRANSCRIPTS
• Summary — the meeting in a few sentences
• Decisions — what was actually agreed
• Action items — tasks with owners and due dates
• Timeline — timestamped key moments, click to the exact point
• Full transcript when you need every word
CHINESE-FIRST AI
Optimized for Mandarin + English code-switching, the gap global tools leave open. Whisper models download once and run offline.
