BayBound is built around one commute: yours. Tell it once where you live, where you work and how long it takes you to reach the station. From then on, opening the app shows the right train in the right direction, and the minute to leave your door.
KNOW WHEN TO LEAVE
• A big countdown to your leave-by time, with your walk, bike, bus or drive to the station built in
• Leave-by times move with live delays
• Every train of the day, with the next one highlighted and your fare shown
• A reminder before you leave the house, for the train you take every day
THE RIGHT DIRECTION, AUTOMATICALLY
• Trains to work in the morning, trains home in the evening, on the days you commute
• You choose when it switches; with location on, arriving at your work station flips it too
• Tap once to flip it for the moment; it goes back to automatic next time
LIVE, WHEN IT MATTERS
• Delays and cancellations on every departure, refreshed every minute
• Skipped stops flagged before you board
• Service alerts filtered to your trains and your stations
WITHOUT OPENING THE APP
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets with the countdown and the trains after it
• A Live Activity that follows your ride stop by stop, on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
• It can start itself when you board, so the ride is there without a tap
• An Apple Watch app, with complications for the watch face and the Smart Stack
• "When's my train in BayBound" from Siri, Spotlight or the Action button, and a Control Center control
