Every budget shows where you should be today, how many days are left and how much you can spend per day — and warns when spending runs ahead of plan. • All-expenses budget. One switch makes a budget cover every category, including the ones you add later. • Fair comparison. Months and weeks are compared on the same days — October 1–6 against September 1–6 — and the forecast no longer jumps on rent day. • The More card compares this month with the same days of the last one and forecasts the total. • Report presets: this month, last month, 3 months or a year in one tap, step back and forth with arrows. Your choice is remembered. • Your own month. Start it on payday and pick the first day of the week. • Card payments from a new merchant wait for you to pick a category instead of getting a guess. Siri and Apple Watch entries without a category do the same. • Apple Watch entries with a category are confirmed right away, with 4 seconds to undo on the watch. • A tidier More screen that shows sync, backup, passcode and reminder status at a glance. • Backups: last backup date, a gentle reminder after 30 days and Save to Files. • Clear confirmations before merging categories, deleting rules or erasing data — with an honest note about iCloud. • An undo pill that no longer covers the keypad, haptic feedback and better VoiceOver on the main screen. • A more compact keypad and lots of small fixes.

Kept 1.0.1 is the biggest update so far. • Apple Watch. Add an expense right from your wrist, see today's and this month's spending for every account, and keep the totals on your watch face. • Card payments log themselves. Set up a Wallet automation in Shortcuts once, and every Apple Pay purchase lands in Kept as a pending entry with the merchant and a suggested category. Check it and confirm with a tap. The new How to use Kept screen walks you through the setup and shows what arrived. • Siri and Shortcuts. Say “Add expense in Kept”, with a category if you like. There is also a new entry button for Control Center. • Receipts. Attach a photo of the receipt to any entry. Receipts are part of your backups. • Compare. Put two months or two weeks side by side, with daily pace and a forecast. • Backups open straight from Files, Mail and AirDrop. Before any replace, Kept keeps an automatic copy — the last 10 are always at hand. • Scheduled entries stay on their day of the month and pause while the account is archived. • Faster everywhere: entries appear instantly, reports and history open in a blink, widgets use far less memory. • Clearer charts, a visible page indicator in onboarding and lots of fixes for iCloud sync, reports and exchange rates.
