Say what the job is and Talkquote writes the quotation, in the words of your own trade: labor and materials for a contractor, ingredients for a caterer, parts for a garage, licences for a consultant. "Three hours labor at ninety-five, two meters of oak worktop at one hundred eighty" becomes lines with quantities, rates and totals — on the spot, before the detail is forgotten.
Quotations are lost in the gap between the visit and the evening. This closes it.
WHAT IT DOES
• Dictation that knows the job: hours, rates, materials and quantities are understood as figures, not words. Runs on the device, no signal needed.
• Every trade gets its own words: "material" becomes ingredients, parts, licences or stock, whichever is yours.
• Say "next item" for a new line, "make that four hours" to change the last one, "scratch that" to drop it.
• A figure it is unsure of is marked, and you confirm it before the quotation can leave.
• Cost price and margin stay yours: the client's copy shows the price, never the markup.
• VAT at your own rates, per line or per quotation, printed under your country's own name for it.
• A PDF with your logo and a validity date, sent by mail, message or AirDrop.
• Unanswered quotations come back to the top after a week.
• Your clients, your materials and your standard lines, reused with one tap.
INVOICING
• When the job is done, the quotation becomes an invoice in one tap — the same client, the same lines, the same tax rate, nothing typed twice.
• Deposit first and balance after, if that is how you work: each invoice bills its share and says on its face what was already invoiced.
• An invoice keeps its own numbering and copy of every figure: editing the quotation never changes a bill already sent.
• Your bank details print exactly as you type them.
• Mark a bill paid when the money lands; what's still owed stays at the top.
• Twenty-two languages, following your device.

Panels of colored glass make the line you are dictating stand out from the rest. Every control is large enough to hit without looking twice — on a ladder, at a stove or on a job site.
APPLE INTELLIGENCE AND SIRI
• "New quote in Talkquote" — Siri asks who it is for and what the job needs, then opens it addressed and priced.
• "Which quotes are waiting in Talkquote?" — Siri answers without opening anything.
• Where Apple Intelligence supports the device and the language, the model tidies dictation into lines and never invents a figure — on the phone, or, failing that, through Apple's own Private Cloud Compute, never a third party.
PRIVACY — NOTHING IS COLLECTED
No account, no advertising, no tracking, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. Your clients, prices and margins stay on your iPhone and work offline. There is no server to leak, because there is no server.

Layouts for every current iPhone and iPad. Requires iOS 17 or later; Apple Intelligence features need a supported device with it turned on.
SUBSCRIPTION
• Monthly, yearly, or buy Talkquote outright once and keep it for good.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends.
• A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel any time in Settings › your name › Subscriptions; access continues to the end of the paid period.
