在《再一下：鹽酥雞》裡，換你站到攤子裡面，接單、下鍋、調味，再把餐點裝袋交給客人。
操作不難，但每份食物都得顧好。不同食材有不同的起鍋時機，一口油鍋最多同時炸三份。先炸什麼、先撈哪份，都由你決定。起鍋後也別急著交出去，胡椒、辣椒、蒜頭、九層塔，要照訂單加對。
從一份甜不辣開始，慢慢接手更多餐點。鹽酥雞、魷魚、甜不辣、米血、四季豆、地瓜條、雞皮、杏鮑菇，共八種食材，六章30關。
攤前也有熟面孔。秀姨、金水伯，還有其他客人會再次光顧，在接單與交付時和你聊上幾句。
想把手藝練得更好，可以重玩關卡，挑戰一份都不丟棄地完成訂單。
