The app is for collobr panel users only: scan the QR code in the panel to link your extension. • Call center: your extension rings on your phone and incoming calls show the caller's CRM record. Hold, attended transfer, keypad, speaker and headset support. After each call: AI summary, sentiment and recording. • Live support: see website chats instantly, take over from the chatbot, send product cards, polls and files. • Leads: requests from your website and chatbot, status management, notes, one-tap call. • Customers: directory, customer card, proposals and activities. • Calendar and team messages: who does what and when — everyone on the same page. • Inbox (when NimboMail is active) and site traffic. • Notifications: calls, chats and leads reach only the relevant department; phones in a department ring one after another. • Turkish, English, French.
