PanAura is a personal baking lab for anyone working with bread, pizza, focaccia, and other doughs who wants to understand, record, and improve every bake.
It is more than a recipe book: create, edit, and organize complete recipes with ingredients, quantities, methods, notes, and images, starting from the content included with the app or from your own creations. Recipe nutrition is summarized per 100 g and follows changes to the formulation.
The Sensory Profile lets you explore taste and texture across six dimensions, visually compare the original recipe with your modified version, and review which ingredients change before applying the adjustments.
HydroCalc is built for dough balancing. It calculates effective hydration using the actual water contribution of ingredients and can estimate the water temperature needed to reach your target final dough temperature, taking room temperature, flour temperature, an optional preferment, and mixing method into account.
RiseCalc supports your fermentation workflow and can be used either as a standalone tool or directly within a recipe.
With Bake sessions, every attempt can become useful memory: start a session, use timers with local notifications, record the result, rating, and notes, and keep a history you can compare over time. PanAura becomes a personal reference for understanding how each recipe evolves from one bake to the next.
The Pantry brings together ingredients, technical descriptions, nutrition data, and flour parameters. You can manage a shopping list and, when you choose, look up public nutrition data through Open Food Facts.
You can also organize your library with favorites, collections, and tags. For images, use your Photos library, the camera, or the optional AUTO feature, which searches for compatible images on Wikimedia Commons.
Core features and personal data stay on your device. PanAura requires no account and uses no advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking. External connections occur only when you use features that need them, such as nutrition lookup or AUTO. Backups and recipe files can be manually exported and imported through system interfaces.
