The world has frozen and one warm shelter is left, with more people at the door than places by the fire. Sleetmoot is a pass-and-play game for one shared device and a table of four to ten. Each round every survivor flips one hidden facet of themselves for the group to weigh - a whole dossier waits under each name: their trade and their build, their health, a useful knack, a hobby, their temper, what they carry, a private fear, and a rumour that follows them. Then you talk it out, pass the device around, and each person secretly names one to send out into the cold.
Argue your worth. Read the room. A shifting winter keeps every game different: an aurora reveals more, a white hush cuts the talk, a killing frost sends out two at once, a warm spell spares everyone for a round.
Seven calamities unlock as you play, from a dimmed sun to a moving convoy to an endless polar night, each with its own flavour. A Chronicle keeps every past game and every player's standing, and a wall of Sleetmarks tracks what your table has done.
