PaperPatina combines scan texture, aged paper, purpose watermarks and privacy tools in one editing workflow. Import an image, PDF or video, compare the result, and export a new copy. Visual processing runs on your device. TUNE THE PRINTED LOOK • Six scan modes: color, grayscale, black-and-white documents, monochrome halftone, color halftone and ordered dithering. • Adjust grain, noise, speckles, thresholds and dots for different scan, photocopy and print effects. • Eight paper styles include aged archive, parchment, water stains, torn pages, cyanotype and risograph. Control texture, dirt, folds and wear. • Fixed textures keep the paper effect consistent across video frames. PREPARE A PRIVATE COPY • Draw with the redaction pen or use rectangles. Solid redaction replaces covered content with opaque pixels in the export. • Mark PDF pages individually. Export rebuilds pages without original text layers, annotations or attachments. • Inspect and clean image EXIF/GPS, PDF properties and video/audio tags. Choose anonymous filenames and inspect the exported file again. • Add a purpose or recipient with six watermark layouts: diagonal tiles, center stamp, footer, corner badge, microtext and signature. Adjust text, color, opacity, size and placement. IMPORT, EDIT, EXPORT Import from Photos, Files, another app's share sheet or a system print preview shared as PDF. Save settings and batch export images, PDFs and video. Originals stay unchanged. No app account or ads. Media is not uploaded to a developer server. Available in English and Simplified Chinese. BEFORE SHARING Completely cover sensitive content with a margin and inspect every output. Originals and local edits remain. Blur, pixelation and artistic filters do not guarantee irreversible removal. Video covers stay in fixed positions and do not track subjects. Metadata cleanup does not remove visible text or audio; necessary dimensions, encoding information and new PDF timestamps may remain. PDF exports are rasterized, without searchable text. This app edits existing files; it does not provide camera scanning or OCR. FREE EDITING, OPTIONAL CLEAN EXPORTS All editing tools are free. Free exports retain the PaperPatina mark at the bottom right of every image, PDF page and video frame. Monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions provide watermark-free exports while active. The yearly plan is billed as the full annual amount. A one-time lifetime purchase is also available. Local prices appear before purchase. Existing lifetime access remains valid. Custom watermarks and redactions stay in place; re-export originals after purchasing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal is charged within the final 24 hours. Manage subscriptions or restore purchases in the app. Cancellation retains access until expiry; new exports regain app branding after expiry unless you own lifetime access. Buying lifetime access does not automatically cancel an existing subscription.
