Words you know drop out of rotation and come back after 7, 14, 30 and 90 days - the intervals of the forgetting curve. Words you miss come back sooner. THE ACTIVE STACK You do not face 7,000 words at once. You learn a stack of 5 to 100 words at a time (20 by default). Finish it and the stack rotates. Progress stays something you can see the end of.
