Steady is a blood pressure diary. Type the numbers, or hold the camera over your monitor and let it read them for you — you check them, then save. Mornings and evenings are kept apart, averages do themselves, and when you next see your doctor there is a clean page to hand over.

Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel any time in Settings, in one tap.
