Documents, medicine, seasonal clothes, the warranty for the kettle — everything filed where it lives, and every thing comes back with the full path to the shelf.
Stowkeep is a home inventory. It knows what you own and where it is.
Places at any depth
Apartment, garage, summer house, storage room, storage unit. Inside them — rooms, wardrobes, shelves, boxes: as many levels as there really are. Every item is tied to a specific place, and search returns the full path rather than a name: "Garage › Rack › Blue box".
The item card
Name, category, quantity, photos, note. Price, serial number, barcode, a link to the shop. Dates: purchase, expiry, warranty, service, return. Status — in place or lent out. The history of moves is kept.
Quick entry
By hand — a name and a place, the rest optional. Scan a receipt, a document or a shelf — the items are recognised together with prices and dates. By voice — recognition runs on the device; audio never leaves the phone. QR labels on boxes open the right place with a single scan.
Dates and reminders
All dates in one feed: overdue, next 7 days, next 30 days, later. A notification arrives the chosen number of days ahead, at the chosen hour; move the date and the reminder moves with it. Widgets show the nearest dates and the shopping list.
Shared home
An invite code opens the same shelves on another phone. The app works offline and syncs once a connection is available. The subscription is taken out for the home and covers every member.
Free and by subscription
Free: 30 places and 100 items, scanning, voice input, the shared home, QR labels, CSV export. The subscription removes the limits on places and items — for every member of the home.
Subscription: monthly. You'll see the price for your country in the App Store before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, renewal is automatic, and it can be cancelled in Settings no later than 24 hours before the end of the period.
