A workout log written in chalk. Last session beside every set, a rest timer that starts itself, and a line that goes up.
Ironbook is a workout log with the look of a gym blackboard: chalk on iron, red tape, gold for records.
The whole point of a training log is knowing what you did last time while you stand at the bar. Ironbook puts that number next to every set, and then draws the line going up.
TRAIN
• Start from a template (three included) or start blank
• Every set shows last session's weight and reps; tick a set and it copies them if you left them blank
• Ticking a set starts the rest timer: 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 or 3:00, with a buzz when it is time
• Plate maths for any bar
• Add exercises and sets on the fly; finish, and Ironbook tells you if you set a PR
HISTORY
• Every workout with sets, volume and duration
• Repeat any past workout with one tap
PROGRESS
• Estimated one-rep max over time per exercise, with PR sessions marked in gold
• Gain since your first log, heaviest set per session
• Weekly volume across everything
RECORDS
• Est. 1RM, best set, heaviest set for every lift, ranked
kg or lb. No account, no ads, no tracking, nothing leaves your phone.
