Start your shift, finish when you leave, and keep your hours, breaks and estimated gross pay together. Export your records whenever you need them. Your time. Your pay. Shift & Pay Tracker helps hourly workers keep a personal record of their shifts and check their expected gross earnings. No account, bank connection or subscription required. LOG YOUR WORK Start a shift when you arrive and finish when you leave, or enter past shifts manually. Open shifts remain saved when you close the app and do not affect totals until completed. Optionally request a local end-of-shift reminder. Record start and end dates, an optional unpaid break, your hourly rate, tips or extra pay, and a note. Overnight shifts are supported. Each shift keeps its own rate, so a new default rate won’t rewrite previous work. SEE YOUR WEEK Review paid time, regular pay, weekly overtime and extras in one clear summary. Choose Monday or Sunday as the beginning of your workweek and configure a weekly overtime threshold and multiplier. KEEP YOUR RECORDS Find shifts by note or date, edit an entry, export a CSV timesheet, and save or restore a backup. Your records stay on your device unless you choose to share them or include them in your device backup. BUILT TO STAY SIMPLE English and Spanish interface. Support for USD, EUR, GBP, CAD and AUD (one currency per ledger). FREE FEATURES, OPTIONAL AD REMOVAL All shift-recording and export features are free. A discreet banner appears on the Overview screen. An occasional full-screen ad may appear after saving a completed shift, never during your first seven days and no more than once every seven days after that. Remove all ads with a one-time purchase; restore it with the same Apple Account. The App Store displays your local price. No subscription. Pay amounts are estimates before taxes and deductions. The app does not calculate net payroll, daily overtime, holiday premiums or employer-specific rounding. Compare your settings and records with your employer’s payroll. One continuous unpaid break can be recorded per shift; use separate work segments for multiple breaks.
