One photo of the product, one of the card, and AI builds your catalogue. Mark what you liked, build the order and send the proforma from the fair floor. Back from the fair with 400 loose photos, a stack of business cards and a notebook even you can't read? Which booth was this? What price did that supplier quote? Then days of typing everything into a spreadsheet before you can even place the order. With FairScan you leave the fair with your order ready. The app opens straight to the camera: one photo of the product, one of the supplier's card, and AI does what you used to do at night in the hotel. It recognises the product, describes it, reads the card and saves the supplier with all their contacts. The only thing you type is the price. Every product stays linked to its supplier and its fair, so "which booth was this?" is over. FROM CATALOGUE TO ORDER, WITHOUT LEAVING THE APP Mark what you like, build the order by supplier and send it as a proforma by WhatsApp or email on the spot, or download it as an Excel file with photos and formulas. The proforma goes out in English by default, ready for your supplier. ON YOUR COMPUTER TOO Open fairscan.app with your account and your whole catalogue is there as a table: filter, sort, add your own columns, save views and review orders with their totals. Everything you capture on your phone shows up on your computer. WORKS OFFLINE Internet at the fair fails: the connection drops, the Wi-Fi is slow, roaming doesn't reach. Capture all day with no connection and FairScan syncs by itself when the signal is back. Nothing you photograph is ever lost, and the app always shows you how many products are already safe in the cloud.
