• Settle cleanly — shrinkage, wastage, damage and excess, each resolved with debit notes and rates that add up.
• Inventory that matches the floor — stock by department and with jobworkers, so the number on screen is the number in the room.
• Tax invoices — the correct GST split every time, with proforma and credit notes alongside.
• Parties & performance — every vendor and buyer, what you owe and are owed, and how each one performs.
