Block the apps you open out of habit. Tomari makes you pause, then unlocks them only for the minutes you choose. No account, no server, nothing leaves your iPhone. You open Instagram to check one thing and look up 40 minutes later. Tomari puts a pause in that moment. Pick the apps you open out of habit, and the next time you tap one, a block screen asks whether you really need it right now. Close it and move on, or complete a short challenge and use the app for the minutes you choose. When time is up, it locks again. ◆ A Pause, Not a Wall Every block screen offers two choices: close it, or use the app. Closing takes one tap. Opening takes a moment of effort. That small gap is where most habitual opens end. ◆ Short Challenges, Your Choice Deep Breath, Type a Phrase, Second Thought, or Math Problem. Premium adds Speak on Camera and Speak Out Loud, where you read a short sentence to yourself. Speech recognition runs on your iPhone, and nothing is recorded. ◆ Unlock for Minutes, Not for Good Choose 1 to 30 minutes and a reason for opening. A Live Activity on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island counts down the time. When it ends, the app is blocked again. ◆ Cooldown After you unlock one app, every locked app stays locked for a cooldown you set. One "just a minute" doesn't turn into three. ◆ Deep Focus (Premium) Set the hours and weekdays when locked apps can't be opened at all, not even with a challenge. Study time, work hours, or the hour before bed. ◆ Block Websites Completely Add a domain and it stays blocked in Safari. No challenge, no timer. ◆ See What Changed The History tab counts how often you closed the block screen versus how often you opened an app, by day, week, and month, along with the reasons you picked. ◆ Built on Apple's Screen Time Tomari uses Apple's Screen Time frameworks to block apps. Your app list, records, and reasons stay on your iPhone. There is no account and no server. Tomari is free with one locked app, four challenges, and ads. Tomari Premium: • Unlimited locked apps and websites • Speak on Camera and Speak Out Loud challenges • Deep Focus schedule • Full History with per-app stats and highlights • No ads Choose a monthly or annual subscription with a 3-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Terms of Use: https://www.essentialapps.site/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://www.essentialapps.site/privacy.html
