Healthy Tray helps hospital nutrition and food-service teams see how much each patient actually eats. Staff photograph a patient's meal tray before and after the meal. Healthy Tray identifies the items on the tray, matches them to the hospital menu and USDA nutrition data, and estimates how much was eaten. A staff member reviews and confirms every result before it is saved.
