iPhone

Reads the health records already on your iPhone and says, in sentences, what changed in the last seven days. Your iPhone already holds years of your sleep, heart and activity. Valeta reads what is already there and tells you, in plain sentences, what actually changed in the last seven days. Sentences, not another chart Valeta compares your last 7 days against the 28 days before them, works out which differences are large enough to be worth mentioning, and writes a short paragraph about them. The numbers behind every sentence are listed underneath it, so you can check the writing against the arithmetic. It tells you whether this is new For everything it mentions, Valeta looks back 90 days to see whether the same change has happened before. Knowing that your resting heart rate has drifted up in a way it has not in three months is a different thing from knowing it drifted up. It says what it does not know A day you did not wear your watch is not a day your heart rate was zero. Valeta never fills a missing day with a zero. Anything recorded on fewer than half the days in the week is left out entirely, and when a week is thin it says so above the paragraph. Things that moved together, not things that caused each other Valeta will tell you that your sleep and your heart rate variability moved in the same week. It will not tell you that one caused the other, because nothing that only looks at these numbers can know that. For an appointment Export your briefs as text, oldest first, with the numbers behind each one. It is a summary of your own records, not a report and not a diagnosis. Entirely on the device Valeta reads Health read-only and never writes to it. Both the arithmetic and the writing happen on your iPhone, using Apple Intelligence. No health value ever leaves the device. There is no account, no server and no iCloud sync. What it needs An iPhone that can run Apple Intelligence, and enough recorded history to compare against. Where either is missing, Valeta says so and does not offer you anything to buy. Valeta is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent anything, and it takes no readings of its own. Talk to a doctor about your health. One-time purchase Valeta is unlocked by a single purchase. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel. Your region's price is shown in the app before you buy. Terms of Use: https://ootssu.com/valeta/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://ootssu.com/valeta/privacy.html

Valeta now writes a brief even in weeks when nothing much changed. Before, it could say there wasn't enough data when there was.
