Your academy's app: your students' schedule, their attendance, the announcements and what's owed.
Akdmico is the system an academy runs its classes, attendance and payments on. This app is the way in for the families, students and instructors of an academy that is already on Akdmico.
YOU DON'T SIGN UP HERE
Your academy registers you and you get an email to set your password. If it never arrived, or you forgot it, tap "Can't get in?" and enter the email your academy has on file. If your academy is not on Akdmico, there is nothing to show you here.
IF YOU'RE A PARENT
• Today at a glance: the next class, what's owed and the academy's announcements.
• Your students' calendar, week by week, including make-ups and drop-ins.
• Each student's attendance: present, late, excused, absent.
• Your invoices and your statement, with the detail of each one.
• Pay one invoice or the family's whole balance, by card or by the methods your academy publishes.
• Each student's profile, with their schedule, their attendance and their photo.
IF YOU'RE A STUDENT
• Your schedule and your next class.
• Your attendance and your progress level.
• Your academy's announcements.
Invoices don't appear: money is your parent's side. If you have no parent on file, then you do see and pay your own.
IF YOU'RE AN INSTRUCTOR
• The classes you have today, with their enrolled students.
• Take attendance, with a note per student when one is needed.
• Cancel a class and generate the make-up credits, if your academy has them enabled.
• The calendar of your sessions and the list of your courses.
PAYMENTS
Invoices are for classes taught at the academy, in person. They are paid by card inside the app, with your bank's verification when it asks for it, or by the methods your academy publishes: transfer, cash, whatever it uses. You can pay part of the balance if you're not paying it all.

• The app carries your academy's logo and color.
The academy is run from the web, at akdmico.com. In the app instructors take attendance, and parents and students check their calendar, their attendance and their finances.
Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• A new design in the style of iOS 26: glass buttons, cards and tab bar, and a more readable light theme.
• Information is easier to read: each detail —the time, the room, an invoice date— gets its own line.
• A refreshed My academy screen: cover, branches with opening hours and directions, upcoming days off, the courses offered, payment methods and social links.
• For academy staff: today's birthdays and clearer lists of attendance still to close.
• If your phone's clock is set wrong, the app now tells you.
